- Refined sugar100 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Olive oil6 tablespoon
- Milk (cold)120 ml
- Wheat Flour (approximately)500 g

- Mix yeast, sugar and salt. Then add the eggs, oil and milk. Mix well. Add the boiled water and mix.
- Gradually add the flour until you get a firm but still "sticky" dough. This dough is not meant to be rolled/moulded. It's a softer dough. Beat with a spoon for 15 minutes or in a planetary mixer for 8 minutes.
- Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume (about 50 minutes).
- Mix the dough again, turn it into a greased loaf pan. Let it rest for another 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Brush egg and finish with sesame. Bake in a preheated oven (180 C) for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
