- Milk250 ml

- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Organic Yeast5 g
- Oil100 ml
- Unleavened Wheat3 cup
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- In a large bowl, place the warm milk and yeast, mix until the yeast dissolves.
- Then add the oil, margarine, egg, salt and sugar.
- Stir well and until the ingredients are well aggregated.
- Add the flour gradually and initially mixing with a spoon and then with your hands.
- When the dough is very consistent, transfer it to a smooth surface and continue adding the flour little by little and kneading the dough for 10 min, until it is very homogeneous.
- Put the dough back in the bowl and cover with a cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After this time, shape the buns as you wish.
- Transfer the breads to a greased shape and let rest for another 40 min.
- Pass the yolk over the breads and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until golden.
- Remove from the mold and the buns are ready to serve.
