  7. To get this shape, after rolling it, I took a knife and made cuts as if I were going to slice the dough, but without reaching the end.
  8. Place in a greased bread pan, and take to rise until doubled in volume (40/50 minutes)
  9. Brush with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame and bake at 180 degrees until golden on top and roasted on the sides.
