  • Slightly warm milk250 ml
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Room temperature butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Lightly beaten egg1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl add the yeast, milk and sugar and mix well. Add the egg, butter and salt and mix again. Add the flour little by little and mix well, when the dough is heavy to mix with the spoon, go to the counter and start to knead well, stretching and folding the dough on itself until it becomes smooth and soft. If you want, you can beat in the mixer using the hook beater, as soon as it releases from the sides, it's ready. Grease your hand with oil and make a ball with the dough, return to the bowl and cover with a cloth to rest until it doubles in size, if it's a hot day about 40 minutes will be enough.
  2. After growing, go back to the bench and press removing all the air from the dough, shape as you prefer, it can be small balls or a roll. Grease a mold or tray, place the shaped breads and let them rise for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 200C°.
  3. Brush the beaten egg over the buns and bake the buns until they are golden and fragrant.
