  • Salt and Oregano0 to taste
  • Cheese, Ham, Pepperoni, Tomato0 to taste
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  1. Beat the egg, olive oil and cottage cheese until everything is mixed very well.
  2. Add the flours, and mix well until smooth.
  3. Grease a non-stick mold and distribute the dough, bake over low heat.
