  • Large Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Oat bran200 ml
  • Spices to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese slices to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a blender or processor place the cooked lentils and seasonings.
  2. If necessary add water little by little.
  3. After putting it in a bowl.
  4. Add the oat bran (to bind).
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Mold into a hamburger shape and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 200•
  8. If you make it with the mozzarella, place it on top of the burger about to remove it from the oven.
  9. It can be prepared in the oven, oven or air-fryer.
