- Whole Grain Bread3 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Coconut Milk1/4 cup
- Honey2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Strawberries to taste
- Blueberries to taste
- Almond Slivers to taste
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- Butter to taste
- In a bowl, combine the egg, coconut milk, cinnamon and honey.
- Beat with a fork until well blended.
- Pass the slices of bread in this mixture, wetting both sides well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan greased with butter and place the slices of bread to brown.
- Decorate with grated coconut and almond shavings. Serve with strawberries and blueberries.
