  • Whole Grain Bread3 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk1/4 cup
  • Honey2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon1 teaspoon
  • Strawberries to taste
  • Blueberries to taste
  • Almond Slivers to taste
  • Shredded Coconut to taste
  • Butter to taste
  1. In a bowl, combine the egg, coconut milk, cinnamon and honey.
  2. Beat with a fork until well blended.
  3. Pass the slices of bread in this mixture, wetting both sides well.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan greased with butter and place the slices of bread to brown.
  5. Decorate with grated coconut and almond shavings. Serve with strawberries and blueberries.
