  • Italian bread400 g
  • cherry tomato120 g
  • Avocado1 unit(s)
  • Chopped walnuts to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper to taste
  1. Cut slices of Italian bread and add olive oil, salt, oregano, ground pepper and chopped tomato (or cut in half)
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 13 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  3. When golden, remove from the oven.
  4. Remove the tomatoes and set aside
  5. Cut the avocado into thin strips and place on the bread slices.
  6. Place the reserved tomatoes over the tostadas and garnish with walnuts.
  7. Serve immediately.
