- Sassami fillet500 g

- Seasoned corn flour250 g
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the fillet into cubes and place in a refractory.
- Pour the juice of half a lemon and then add the salt, pepper, saffron, paprika and mix everything very well!
- When everything is well mixed, break 2 eggs and mix.
- That done, add the seasoned farofa and mix so it sticks to the chicken.
- Take it to the Air fryer greased with coconut spray for about 20 min at 180C°. Halfway through the cooking time, be sure to turn the cubes over so they bake evenly.
- Now just make the sauce of your choice and enjoy! Zero oil and lots of crunch. Perfect for that Saturday night snack.
