  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Seasoned corn flour250 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  1. Cut the fillet into cubes and place in a refractory.
  2. Pour the juice of half a lemon and then add the salt, pepper, saffron, paprika and mix everything very well!
  3. When everything is well mixed, break 2 eggs and mix.
  4. That done, add the seasoned farofa and mix so it sticks to the chicken.
  5. Take it to the Air fryer greased with coconut spray for about 20 min at 180C°. Halfway through the cooking time, be sure to turn the cubes over so they bake evenly.
  6. Now just make the sauce of your choice and enjoy! Zero oil and lots of crunch. Perfect for that Saturday night snack.
