  • Whole milk50 ml
  • Oat flour35 g
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Whey30 g
  • Light cottage cheese10 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. Beat the egg, oatmeal and milk until a liquid mass forms.
  2. Divide the dough into two containers, to make the sweet crepe add the cinnamon and sweetener in one container and in the other add the salt.
  3. Grease a frying pan and pour the first dough, brown both sides, repeat the process with the other dough.
  4. For the savory filling, spread the curd and fold twice.
  5. For the sweet filling, add the Whey in a container and dilute it with water until it forms a “sauce”, pour on top and fold the dough twice.
