- Whole milk50 ml
- Oat flour35 g
- Sweetener to taste
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Whey30 g
- Light cottage cheese10 g
- Salt to taste
- Beat the egg, oatmeal and milk until a liquid mass forms.
- Divide the dough into two containers, to make the sweet crepe add the cinnamon and sweetener in one container and in the other add the salt.
- Grease a frying pan and pour the first dough, brown both sides, repeat the process with the other dough.
- For the savory filling, spread the curd and fold twice.
- For the sweet filling, add the Whey in a container and dilute it with water until it forms a “sauce”, pour on top and fold the dough twice.
