  • Milk (cow or vegetable)70 ml
  • Boiled Pumpkin (without salt)1/2 cup
  • Oat bran3/4 cup
  • Grated unsweetened coconut1/2 cup
  • Erythritol, xylitol, demerara sugar (the sweetener of your choice)3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 dessert spoon
  1. Blend the boiled pumpkin with the milk in a blender.
  2. Add the dry elements, minus the yeast, and blend in the blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon
  4. Put the dough in greased molds or silicone molds and take it to the oven for 20 minutes.
