- Boiled Pumpkin (without salt)1/2 cup
- Oat bran3/4 cup
- Grated unsweetened coconut1/2 cup
- Erythritol, xylitol, demerara sugar (the sweetener of your choice)3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Blend the boiled pumpkin with the milk in a blender.
- Add the dry elements, minus the yeast, and blend in the blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Add the yeast and mix with a spoon
- Put the dough in greased molds or silicone molds and take it to the oven for 20 minutes.
