  • Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
  • Quinoa flakes2 tablespoon
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut2 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Butter ghee1 coffee spoon
  1. Mix all the ingredients in the order above;
  2. Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 8 minutes.
  3. Note: You can replace demerara sugar with xylitol or coconut sugar. And the quinoa flakes you can replace with oat flakes.
