- Rice flour1 cup

- Butter4 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder6 tablespoon
- Erythritol Sweetener3 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Mix all the ingredients with your hands, except the chocolate, until you form a smooth and uniform dough;
- If necessary, add a little more flour, dosing between oatmeal and rice flour;
- Grease a rectangular shape with butter;
- Make small balls and distribute over the mold, leaving at least 2 cm between them;
- Chop the chocolate with the aid of a knife and distribute over the formed balls of dough;
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes;
- Let cool and serve!
