Whole wheat flour
In a bowl, mix the coconut oil, egg and brown sugar. Add cocoa, vanilla and mix well.
Add the oats, wholemeal flour, sesame and baking powder. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
Place the dough between two plastics and open with the help of a rolling pin. Cut into different shapes using cutters of different designs.
If you prefer, you can just put handfuls of the dough with the help of a spoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
When you take it out of the oven, the cookies will still be, apparently soft, don't be alarmed, as they cool, they will get more crispy.
