- Skinless Chicken Breast; in cubes400 g
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat or Oat Flour or Maizena2 tablespoon
- Salt; Black pepper; parsley to taste
- Minced garlic1 unit(s)
- Process the chicken cubes together with the garlic; mustard; the egg and spices. form a folder
- Place in a bowl and add the flour and mix with your hands. It's a soft dough.
- Put it in a disposable piping bag and put it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Put a lot of cling film on the bench; take the pastry bag out of the fridge; cut the beak with scissors (leave a big hole) and make thick snakes the width and length of a sausage. Leave space between them; to be able to cut; roll up and leave film paper at the ends (video). Curl the ends and rotate like a bullet. Closing the ends and trying to get the air that could stay inside.
- Take a few minutes in the fridge while we put water to heat in a pan. Before boiling (about 80°) we throw the sausage packages and leave them for about 10' (it will change color; turning white)
- Remove from pan and let cool. Carefully remove the plastic film. Once cold, we can freeze them or consume them; heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil and add the sausages. Go turning them so that they get a golden color. (I put turmeric in the dough to give it a yellowish color, you can add colorifero if you want a red color)
- Ready. healthy sausages; ideal for diets or to include in the kids' snack 😉
