  • Chia (seed)4 tablespoon
  • Whole Grain Yogurt400 ml
  • Sweetener1 to taste
  • Chopped fruit1 to taste
  1. Start by mixing chia with yogurt and sweetener
  2. Mix everything very well, cover and take it to the fridge for about 4 hours for chia to grow.
  3. Cut fruit of your choice
  4. Assembly: in jars, make portions with chia, place the cut fruits and cover, take it to the fridge
  5. It's delicious, for snack, breakfast.... You can also put coconut milk in place of yogurt and sweeten it with sugar
