  • Plain yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Banana2 unit(s)
  • Oats2 tablespoon
  • Chia Seed1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Apricot and Orange Jam2 tablespoon
  1. Cut the bananas into slices.
  2. Place half of the bananas in the bottom of the bowls.
  3. Add natural yogurt.
  4. Top with oats, chia and the other half of the chopped bananas. Complete with a jam of your choice. There's a recipe for apricot jam here on my profile!
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
