- Plain yogurt1 unit(s)
- Banana2 unit(s)
- Oats2 tablespoon
- Chia Seed1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Apricot and Orange Jam2 tablespoon
- Cut the bananas into slices.
- Place half of the bananas in the bottom of the bowls.
- Add natural yogurt.
- Top with oats, chia and the other half of the chopped bananas. Complete with a jam of your choice. There's a recipe for apricot jam here on my profile!
- Sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
