  • Banana3 unit(s)
  • Flour or Oat Bran2 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Cane molasses (or honey or sugar)1/4 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Filling* to taste
  1. Blend all ingredients, except for the yeast, in a blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the yeast and stir gently until incorporated.
  3. Add your favorite fillings and mix again. *I used dark chocolate chips, but you can use raisins, apricots, walnuts and chestnuts, milk and white chocolate chips, blueberries...
  4. Place in mini muffin pans or greased bread pan and bake in preheated oven (180°) for 15 minutes (in bread pan for 25 minutes). Do the toothpick test. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
