- In the blender, place the eggs, three bananas and the vanilla essence, beat and set aside.
- In a bowl place the oat flour, sugar and baking powder and add the blender mixture.
- Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and chop the bananas and place on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
