- Bran or oat flour1/2 cup
- Potato Starch1/2 cup
- Coconut oil60 ml
- Water1/2 cup
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Cinnamon or (to taste)1 dessert spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Place the mashed bananas and all the liquid ingredients in a bowl. Then gradually add the flour and mix until well blended. Finally the yeast. Stir and it's ready. Heat the bowl and grease it with coconut oil, put an amount in the bowl so that it does not overflow. Wait for it to bake and you're done. A great option is to serve it with peanut butter or sugar-free jelly. Yummy ready. just taste. Enjoy your food. 🙏🌻💜 In everything give glory, for the Lord our God is good all the time!
