- Sugar40 g
- Chocolate Chips40 g
- Hazelnut Flour30 g
- Baking powder7 g

- Milk100 ml
- First step beat the butter and sugar in the mixer and beat until it increases in volume. Then add the eggs and beat some more. Gradually add the flour and milk and beat until combined. Finally, add the hazelnut flour and chocolate chips and mix with a Fouet.
- Finally, add the baking powder and gently mix the dough. Bake in the cupcake tin for 20 minutes. Note: Here in my city there was no hazelnut flour, so I bought the hazelnut and ground it in a blender. I put some chocolate chips and chopped hazelnut on top of the cupcake before putting it in the oven.
