  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Bread4 unit(s)
  • Lettuce to taste
  • Vinegar to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Bay leaf2 unit(s)
  • Water500 ml
  1. Season the ham with vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In the pressure cooker, sauté the ham, add the bay leaf, add water, cover the pot and leave it under pressure for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the pan and shred the ham while still hot, set aside.
  4. In another pan put a thread of oil and sauté the shredded ham. Add the shredded onion and the diced tomato, adjust the salt and stir until the tomato starts to break down.
  5. Cut the buns in half, fill with the ham and lettuce as much as you want.
