  • Tapioca flour4 tablespoon
  • Frimesa Ham Slices4 to taste
  • Fresh thyme to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing to taste
  1. Beat the eggs with a wire whisk, add the tapioca flour, salt and thyme.
  2. Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil and pour in the egg mixture. Let one side cook until it starts to loosen at the edges, turn and complete the cooking.
  3. Arrange the Frimesa ham slices forming little loops over the crepioca. Then, fold it in half and enjoy your breakfast without rushing!
