- Tapioca flour4 tablespoon
- Frimesa Ham Slices4 to taste
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for greasing to taste
- Beat the eggs with a wire whisk, add the tapioca flour, salt and thyme.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil and pour in the egg mixture. Let one side cook until it starts to loosen at the edges, turn and complete the cooking.
- Arrange the Frimesa ham slices forming little loops over the crepioca. Then, fold it in half and enjoy your breakfast without rushing!
