  • DOUGH: Wheat flour500 g
  • Warm water200 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Dry yeast10 g
  • FILLING: Grated mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Grated Ham200 g
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a container, I mixed the dry ingredients of the dough and gradually added the rest of the ingredients, transferred the dough to the countertop and kneaded for 5 minutes.
  2. I covered the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix all the filling ingredients together. I opened the dough with a rolling pin, spread out all the stuffing and rolled it up, cut the rolls and put them in a greased and floured mold, covered them with a cloth and let them rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Before taking it to the oven I brushed it with a yolk. Bake for 35 minutes at 200°
