- Milk250 ml
- wheat flour3 cup

- Butter (or Margarine)3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella to taste
- Ham to taste
- Water1 l
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- In a pan, put the water, milk, salt, chicken broth and butter, mix everything very well.
- Add the wheat flour little by little and always stirring, cook the dough for at least 10 minutes, place the dough on a countertop and knead it (be careful not to burn yourself).
- Roll out the dough until it is half a cm thick and try to make it as square as possible.
- Put the stuffing in one part of the dough, and cut it into two equal parts (squares)
- place one dough on top of the other, with the filling in the middle and close the sides with your hand
- cut the leftover edges. Repeat the process with all the dough.
- In a bowl, mix the water with the flour and stir until completely dissolved.
- pass the cigarrete in the mixture and then in the breadcrumbs to coat it well, repeat the process with all.
- Fry everything in very hot oil.
