bread yeast2 unit(s)
oil3 tablespoon
salt1 teaspoon
sugar1 tablespoon
warm water2 cup
chopped ham150 g
chopped mozzarella150 g
egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
fine herbs for sprinkling to taste

In a container put the yeast and sugar until liquid, add the oil, water and salt
Add the flour little by little until it forms a soft dough.
Let rest for 20 minutes
With the help of a rolling pin open the dough and stuff it, cut it to the desired size, place it in a greased and floured baking dish.
Brush the egg yolk and sprinkle the fine herbs over the dough.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden
