- Half-cured cheese to taste
- Quesadilla discs to taste
- Onion: Take all the onion cut into half moons to low heat and add the sugar, 5 drops of tabasco and a tablespoon of butter. Cook over low heat until the onion is golden brown.
- Assemble the quesadillas by placing a disk of quesadilla, the onion spread evenly throughout it, semi-cured cheese (or other cheese of your choice) and cover everything with another disk of quesadilla. Place in skillet and brown both sides well. Cut as you cut pizzas and enjoy.
