Half-cured cheese quesadilla with onion glazed in tabasco

Cebola:
Leve a fogo baixo toda a cebola já cortada em meia luas e acrescente o açúcar, 5 gotas de tabasco e uma colher de sopa de manteiga. Deixe em fogo baixo até que a cebola fique bem douradinha. 

Onion:
Take all the onion cut into half moons to low heat and add the sugar, 5 drops of tabasco and a tablespoon of butter. Cook over low heat until the onion is golden brown.

Monte as quesadilhas colocando um disco de quesadilha, a cebola espalhada de maneira uniforme por toda ela, queijo meia cura (ou outro de sua preferência) e cubra tudo com outro disco de quesadilha. Leve à frigideira e doure bem os dois lados. Corte como se corta pizzas e bom apetite. 

Assemble the quesadillas by placing a disk of quesadilla, the onion spread evenly throughout it, semi-cured cheese (or other cheese of your choice) and cover everything with another disk of quesadilla. Place in skillet and brown both sides well. Cut as you cut pizzas and enjoy.
