- Tomato sauce to taste
- Wheat flour20 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
- Milk for breading to taste
- In a pan, heat the margarine and brown the garlic.
- Then add the ground beef and sauté, putting the tomato sauce and olives to taste.
- Make a full-bodied stir-fry.
- Boil the 2 cups of milk and dissolve the 2 tablets of beef stock in the meat.
- Then pour the 20 tablespoons of wheat flour, stir well until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Allow to cool, make croquettes or balls, pass in milk and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
