- Milk4 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Cut the corn off the cobs. Place in a blender, and beat with 2/3 of the milk. Beat for at least 3 minutes to get very smooth. Pass through a sieve and transfer the corn juice to a pan.
- Sweeten with sugar and adjust with salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir constantly. As soon as it boils it will thicken. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes and serve with cinnamon to taste.
