- Corn (cob)300 ml
- Milk300 ml
- Corn Flakes300 ml
- Oil150 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt (1 pinch)1 to taste
- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cut the ears of corn You can use canned corn...but the cake doesn't taste so good
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 4 minutes.
- The dough becomes even more liquid...don't be scared because it will work
- Grease a form with butter and pour the dough
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
