  • Coarse flaked oats100 g
  • Rice flakes100 g
  • Chopped Brazil Nuts40 g
  • Cashew Nuts60 g
  • Sesame2 tablespoon
  • Pumpkin seed2 tablespoon
  • Chia1 tablespoon
  • Coconut Ribbon30 g
  • Sliced Almonds30 g
  • Whole Almonds30 g
  • Cane molasses4 tablespoon
  • Honey2 tablespoon
  • Sunflower or coconut oil1 teaspoon
  1. In a large pan, mix all the dry ingredients, except the coconut ribbons.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the liquids and add 1 tablespoon of warm water to dilute.
  3. Pour the liquid with a spoon over the dry ones evenly and mix.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees (preheated) for 25 min. Stir every 7 minutes so that the granola bakes evenly.
  5. After 25 min, place the coconut ribbons and return to the oven for another 15 min, stirring halfway through.
  6. Allow to cool and store in a glass jar. It stays crispy for at least 3 weeks!
