Ready-made frozen potato chips250 g
Finely Chopped Bacon1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese1/3 cup
Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
Sea Salt to taste

Preheat the Air Fryer to 200ºC and bake the potatoes for 20 minutes or until they are crispy.
While the potatoes are roasting, in a frying pan fry the bacon until crispy and let the fat drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer when they are ready and season with salt.
Cover with the cheese, top with the bacon and finish with the chives. Serve immediately.
