- Gorgonzola30 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Apricot Jam1 tablespoon
- Honey1 dessert spoon
- Cut the French bread into 4 slices.
- Spread a little olive oil on top of the bread, put a little piece of gorgonzola and a little honey.
- Place in preheated oven until cheese melts.
- Top with apricot jam and garnish with mint.
