Potato Appetizer600 g
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese1 unit(s)
Olive oil1 teaspoon
Butter1 teaspoon
Rosemary and thyme to taste

Cook appetizer potatoes to al dente. Cut the potatoes in half and brown in a frying pan with olive oil, butter, salt, rosemary and the seasonings of your choice.
In a refractory that can go into the oven, place a piece of cheese and the potatoes around it.
Take to preheated oven for like 15 minutes and finish with thyme.
