  • Whole eggs4 unit(s)
  • Rice flour1 cup
  • Oat bran1/2 cup
  • Chopped Mozzarella1/2 cup
  • Diced ham1/2 cup
  • Diced Fried Bacon1/2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt and green smell to taste
  • Black and white sesame for garnish to taste
  1. Beat the eggs with the milk.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the yeast for last.
  3. Pour the dough into a silicone form, sprinkle the sesame.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 25 minutes or until golden.
