  • Organic Dry Yeast2 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar1 tablespoon
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Mixed gluten-free flour1.1/2 cup
  • Rice flour1 cup
  1. Start by mixing the yeast, sugar and warm water in a large bowl.
  2. Let this mixture rest until foamy, which means the yeast is activated and ready to use.
  3. Add the olive oil, the gluten-free flours little by little, and the salt.
  4. When the pizza dough starts to come away from the bowl, flour a countertop and pour it out to start kneading.
  5. This is when your dough may need more flour. Add little by little and knead until the dough is smooth.
  6. After kneading, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
  7. Put it in a shape and take it to the oven to pre-bake for about 5 minutes, already with the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  8. Put the topping of your choice on the homemade pizza dough and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
  9. Stuffing is optional, we made it with pepperoni, cheese and onion.
  10. Obs.: This gluten-free flour mix that I used contains rice flour, sweet flour, xanthan gum. I found it at a local market.
