- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Warm water250 ml
- Beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Fine oats1/2 cup
- Oat bran1/2 cup
- Cassava Starch1/3 cup
- Chickpea flour1/2 cup
- Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon
- Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Lemon 🍋 (broth)1/2 to taste
- Hit the dough with a wet spoon.
- Add beaten egg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 cup of oil to the dough.
- 1/2 cup of fine oatmeal.
- 1/2 cup of oat bran, 1/3 of cassava starch, 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and a spoon of xanthan gum and 1 spoon of bicarbonate, 1/2 lemon the broth
- Hit the dough with a wet spoon and sprinkle oatmeal on top.
- Allow to double in size and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
