  • Rice flour1 cup
  • Sweet sprinkle1 cup
  • Oil180 ml
  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Chopped Carrots3 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  1. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the flours and the yeast, and let it beat until the carrot is completely mixed.
  3. Add the flour and rice flour penetrating. Beat again until incorporated.
  4. Add the yeast and stir with a spatula.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.
