- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Chopped Carrots3 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the flours and the yeast, and let it beat until the carrot is completely mixed.
- Add the flour and rice flour penetrating. Beat again until incorporated.
- Add the yeast and stir with a spatula.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.
