  • Coconut Sugar1 coffee spoon
  • Brown rice flour1 tablespoon
  • Nutritional yeast1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil5 ml
  • Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Salt (a pinch) to taste
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg, and mix it with the coconut sugar, a pinch of salt, brown rice flour, nutritional yeast, a drizzle of olive oil and the chemical yeast;
  2. Place in a greased forminha and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 14 minutes.
  3. Note: you can do it in the microwave too, about 1 minute on high power.
