  • Freshly made almond flour1/2 cup
  • Flaxseed or oat flour or chickpeas1 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Bicarbonate1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Chia1 tablespoon
  • Fine herbs or fennel1 teaspoon
  • Black and white sesame1 tablespoon
  • Pumpkin seed2 tablespoon
  1. Stir well and wait a few minutes for the chia to hydrate. The dough becomes liquid looking like cake dough. Place in a non-adherent shape, preferably silicone, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
