- Chia1 tablespoon
- Fine herbs or fennel1 teaspoon
- Black and white sesame1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin seed2 tablespoon
- Stir well and wait a few minutes for the chia to hydrate. The dough becomes liquid looking like cake dough. Place in a non-adherent shape, preferably silicone, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
