- Palm butter100 g
- Rice Flour1/2 cup
- Oat bran1/2 cup
- Sweet Sprinkle1/2 cup
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cinnamon2 tablespoon
- Sucralose5 dessert spoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs in the blender for 2 minutes. Add 3 bananas, palm butter, sucralose (or sugar of choice) and beat again.
- Add the rice flour and beat again.
- In a dish, mash 3 bananas and add cinnamon. Reserve.
- In a bowl put the rest of the dry ingredients and mix. Add the liquid from the blender.
- When the dough is uniform, add the bananas with cinnamon gently, keeping the pieces of fruit.
- Place in 12 individual molds, or in a cake mold.
- Take to preheated oven for 25 min.
- Make sure the time was enough and wait about 15 minutes to unmold.
- Consider portioning and freezing to have healthy snacks in your routine.
