  • Coconut Milk1 cup
  • Olive oil (or coconut oil)1 tablespoon
  • 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Crushed cashew nuts2 tablespoon
  • Xylanthol1/2 cup
  • Gluten-free oat bran1/2 cup
  • Almond flour1/2 cup
  1. Mix the milk, egg, sweetener, olive oil or (coconut oil) and cocoa in a bowl until everything is homogeneous.
  2. Add the crushed cashews, almond and oat bran, stir again.
  3. Add the yeast, mix and pour the dough into a form greased with olive oil or (coconut oil) sprinkled with cocoa.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
