- Gluten-free oat flour2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Blueberry100 g
- In a mixer, place the eggs and sugar and beat on high speed until foamy.
- Add the flour and beat gently with a spatula.
- Finally add the yeast and blueberries and incorporate gently.
- Transfer the dough to silicone Cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until golden. Do the toothpick test to see if it is baked.
