- Cassava flour Zaya4 tablespoon
- Water50 ml
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Chemical yeast for cake1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Nutritional yeast (optional)1/2 tablespoon
- With a fork, quickly mix the yolk with the egg white.
- Add the flour, water and oil and mix until smooth.
- Add salt and yeast and mix.
- Finally, add the yeast.
- Grease a waffle maker and turn it on to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the dough into the center of the machine and close it to prepare the waffle.
- Wait as long as necessary for it to brown.
- Serve immediately.
- For large machines, it makes one serving. For the smallest, it makes 3 servings.
