- rice flour1 cup
- sugar1 cup
- eggs3 unit(s)
- oil1/2 cup
- chocolate powder1/2 cup
- warm water1 cup
- chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs and sugar, then add the oil and beat again, add the water and beat some more.
- Add the rice flour little by little and mix by hand, sift the chocolate adding little by little and put the yeast mixing well.
- Put this mixture in a greased shape with oil and rice flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or test with a toothpick.
