  • Unsalted butter120 g
  • refined sugar200 g
  • Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
  • Wheat Flour300 g
  • Royal Icing200 g
  • Edible coloring to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. Beat the butter and sugar in the mixer with the paddle until it becomes a velvety white mass.
  2. Add the vanilla and egg essence and beat again.
  3. Add the flour and beat a little more.
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin or bottle over two sheets of a transparent plastic bag.
  5. Make the molds with a knife or buy ready-made.
  6. For the royal icing, just respect the packaging measurements and add the dye.
  7. Take the dough to the oven 200° until it takes on a golden color. (15-20)
  8. The dough should always be cold, so if it softens before baking, leave it in the freezer to harden.
  9. Then use the royal icing to glue the walls of the house and from there it's just decorating!
