- Recipe
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Butter pomade point5 tablespoon
- Brown or organic sugar1/2 cup
- Grated Ginger2 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon Powder1/2 dessert spoon
- Nutmeg1/2 dessert spoon
- Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla in a mixer until creamy
- Add the other ingredients and beat a little more, just until combined.
- Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Flour the surface that will roll out the dough.
- Throw the dough over the flour and open it gently with a rolling pin.
- You will need biscuit molds, make the biscuits by pressing the mold onto the dough, distribute it in the form with parchment paper
- Then take it to the preheated oven at 180°C to bake for 00:15 min or until golden
- Decorate as you prefer, with icing sugar on top, it's already beautiful and delicious.
- I suggest an orange, lemon and Star-of-Anise tea to go with it!
